CIY Move 2026

*Please fill out the first section with YOUR information and all the others with your STUDENT'S information* Students in 9th-12th grades during the 2025/26 school year plus 2025 grads are invited to CIY Move with Sherwood High School Ministry! We will be going to Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio June 15-20, 2026.   You will receive a follow up email after this form is submitted with payment instructions.

Please notice that this is not the current grade your student is in, but the grade they will be in for the 2026-2027 school year as this event takes place after the current school year has ended.
