Holiday World 2026

*Please fill out the first section with YOUR information and all the others with your STUDENT'S information* Students in 6th-8th grades during the 2026/27 school year are invited to Holiday World with The Middle on July 20th. We will meet at Sherwood Oaks before heading to the park for the day. Each ticket is $35 - an email for payment will be sent to you immediately following completion of this form. Please notice that this is not the current grade your student is in, but the grade they will be in for the 2026/27 school year as this event takes place after the current school year has ended.
